Forty Burgers is a new company residing in our kitchen producing food that matches up to the quality of the beers we serve. Forty Burgers had this to say about their products.
“We use beef exclusively sourced from a Royal Warrant holder to HM The Queen. Only meat from cows raised in Aberdeen’s lush, natural pastures, enters our kitchen. It is the natural environment of the Northern Scottish countryside that provides that extra special ingredient in our burgers. Not content with using the very finest beef available in the UK, we then make our burgers with a very special and unique blend of beef: 40 day aged rib and 30 day aged rump.” You can view our menu here.
