Forty day aged Aberdeen beef, sourced from a Royal Warrant Holder to HM The Queen, is the Forty secret.
Our patties are made of a unique blend of 67%, forty day aged rib and 33%, thirty day aged rump beef.
All of our burgers are served in a glazed brioche bun and with our house chips.


We only use the best local ingredients, our meat is supplied by Tom Hixson of Pimlico, vegetables from a local grocer and our gravy is made from stock on site.

Available each week are the Beef and Vegetarian Wellington along with a rotating selection of Lamb, Pork and Chicken roasts.
