Hardknott ‘Meet The Brewer’ March 5th
We are very much looking forward to our next ‘meet the brewer’ event with the amazing Hardknott brewery from Cumbria on Monday the 5th March. For those who are familiar with our renowned ‘meet the brewer’ events it will kick off from 5pm with all beers available and continue all night until we close at 11:00pm. The brewery usually gives a talk regarding their experience brewing and then opens up to questions afterwards.
We hope you can join us for yet another amazing meet the brewer event.
Blenheim Ginger Ale
It’s not normal for us to get so excited about a ‘non beer’ but this is a pretty special drink (even by our standards.) Blenheim are the smallest and earliest soda manufacturers in the United States and have been refining the same recipe ginger ale for over 100 years.
They have something of a cult following in their home state of North Carolina while being sought after worldwide. They make three different recipes each with their own unique twang and pleasant burn of ginger.
They’re only with us for a short period of time so catch them while you can!
Food
We are certainly not a Gastro Pub in any sense of the word. However, as with every aspect of the business, we strive to do the very best we can with the food we offer to you. We have a full and extensive menu served at lunch and dinner throughout the week and all day at the weekends, with a fabulous new Sunday Roast Menu which we are very proud of.
